The property was unique, offered airy and beautiful rooms. Everyone was very nice as well as host. The location was marvellous, excited by prior reviews mentioning that there is a vegan restaurant onsite!

I recently stayed at Maison De Sapa Villa for a short getaway. The hotel is a peaceful and quiet oasis, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with a beautiful outdoor area and garden. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The food served at the hotel was flavorful and clean, with delicious breakfast and lunch options. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again. The two adorable dogs were a bonus!
Can recommend this hotel.

Convenient Location 🚶 This place is situated right by a peaceful area, not far from the bustling city center and downtown. I grabbed a coffee at Market Cafe Vdara, just a short 15-minute stroll away from here.

We enjoyed the warm friendship, vintage decor, and friendly staff. The open-air style, cozy beds, and heat options were perfect for winter. The location was peaceful, yet close to the square. The coffee and breakfast were delicious, with a lovely outdoor area.
No soundproofing, inconvenient location.

They offered great recommendations, arranged taxis and checked with our bus company to ensure we had tickets for our next destination. the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. the location was perfectly situated for exploring the area and was quiet at night - a much-needed respite from the busy streets.
The location is up a steep hill, so if you have mobility issues, this may be a challenge. the view from the terrace wasn't as impressive as we had hoped.

I had the most amazing experience staying at a homestay in Sapa. The property was a beautifully converted old government office building that had been transformed into a cozy and authentic homestay. The owner's attention to detail and use of recycled and traditional materials from local ethnic groups really impressed me. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They even recommended some wonderful cafes with stunning views and catered to my dietary needs by serving delicious vegan meals. The chef's experience working in 5-star resorts really showed in the quality of the food. Furthermore, the owner arranged a personal trip for me from Sapa to Y Ty, which was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend staying at this homestay.

Staying in this newly renovated hotel, I found the central area beautifully furnished and the breakfast delicious with tea and fresh fruits. Though located near a bustling tourist center, this hotel was isolated enough to offer a quiet place to retreat. the rooms were spacious with soft, comfortable beds and towels. the hosts were inviting, authentic, and helped with various travel needs.
The hotel lacked soundproofing in the walls which can cause disturbance from other guests.

Wow! What a great place to stay! The friendly staff was more than accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. We loved the cozy and authentic atmosphere with beautiful and detailed interior decoration. The location could not have been better, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast was a real hit, and we enjoyed the fresh homemade tea. It was great staying at a brand new hotel with all the state-of-the-art amenities that made our stay even more special.
Although the staff was friendly, we did notice a strong odor of smoke, which somewhat took away from the experience. We realized later that it was from indoor cooking, which did cause us a bit of concern.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is close to the extremely touristic city centre, which makes it easy to explore this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with spacious and comfy rooms. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a beautiful garden and swings. Additionally, the breakfast served was flavorful and clean. But, the best part was the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged taxis and gave us great recommendations for places to visit during our stay.
Nothing, all was good.
